1. Acceptance
By accessing PressMeet you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PressMeet provides a directory of press clubs, scheduled press meets, livestream briefings, and archival recordings.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Journalist applications
Information submitted in journalist credential applications must be accurate. False submissions may result in permanent bans.
5. Content
User-submitted content remains owned by the user but is licensed to PressMeet to display, distribute, and archive on the platform.
6. Intellectual property
The PressMeet name, logo, and original editorial content are owned by PressMeet and may not be reused without permission.
7. Advertising
PressMeet displays ads via Google AdSense and AdMob. Click-through engagement is voluntary.
8. Prohibited conduct
No scraping, automated mass downloading, harassment, illegal content, impersonation of officials, or defamation.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Editorial accuracy of third-party briefings is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
PressMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
